On the hole, we really enjoyed it, and Kiko was a very friendly manager

Clean, nice location. Friendly manager.

mentioned that the shower attachment was broken, but it wasn’t fixed all the time we were there. Also, there were problems with the cable TV.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio

La ubicación, la luminosidad, la limpieza excelente!

No hay plato de ducha, y por lo tanto el baño acababa lleno de agua… También los edredones eran dos individuales (además de tamaño distinto). Recomendaría poner mejor uno de matrimonio grande.

Berbat sakın gitmeyin

Tesis berbat. Klima var ısınmak için ısıtmıyor. Fotoğraflarda görünenden çok farklı oda idi. 3. Kişi için bir kanepe konulmuş hem pis hemde aşırı rahatsızdı. Konaklama için saat 8 e kadar görevli olduğu geç gelinecekse haber verilmesi gerektiğini söylediler. Geç kalacağımı ne yapmam gerekiyor ise bildirmelerini istedim onu da atmadılar. Zar zor 7:50 de vardığımda aradım. Az önce mesaj attık dediler. Bunu daha önce yapsalar sanki ellerine yapışacak. Park yeri yok. Tesisin yan sokağında park alanları var ancak sabah 9 da arabama gittiğimde lastiğe kelepçe takılmış halde buldum. Bankadakiler destek oldu ilgili yeri aradılar 30 leva ceza ile çözüldü ama beklemesi cabası.

Ottimo

La camera da letto era molto spaziosa, illuminata e calda, dotata di frigo, condizionatore e bollitore. La metro è a due passi, ma è anche possibile raggiungere tutto a piedi in circa 20 minuti di cammino.

La doccia non ha il piatto né una tendina, quindi se non si fa attenzione si schizza l’acqua un po’ ovunque. Di contro il pavimento permette all’acqua di defluire perfettamente.

A pochi passi dal centro, soggiorno comodo

Posizione ottima a 5-10 min dal centro di Sofia, quindi tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Stanza e ingresso molto ampio e comunicazione con staff perfetto. Prezzo ottimo per lo standard della città

Le tende non si chiudevano alla perfezione quindi c’era sempre l’incognita che ci vedesse qualcuno. Pulizia nella norma ma si può migliorare ampiamente. Come lenzuolo c’erano due piumoni singoli, sarebbe stato preferibile uno intero… appunto per il letto matrimoniale. Comparto doccia non esistente, sarebbe stato intelligente mettere un riquadro che non facesse cadere l’acqua ovunque in bagno, con una tendina possibilmente. Come ultimo, sarebbe stato carino che lo staff ci accogliesse all’arrivo 👍🏻

Molto spaziosa e pulita. Costo molto basso per grandezza.

Si sentiva qualsiasi cosa proveniente dalle altre stanze e purtroppo la doccia era brutta.

Decent and good value

Location, right next to Sofia Central Bus Station. Simple journey from airport to hotel on metro for just 72p! Clean

Muy buena ubicación

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la estación central de tren y bus. A 2 cuadras del Puente de Leones. Podes llevar al centro caminando en 15 minutos. El lugar es muy espacioso.

It was okay for a short nap before our morning flight, but I wouldn't stay there for longer.

The location was good. Also check in and check out was very smooth.

It wasn't that clean, as many mentioned in their reviews: the cups were dirty, and the bed linen had dirty spots. And it was very cold with not working air conditioning.

When I got there, the property was close 30 minutes before it was supposed to. I had got no information on how to get in the door. I called him for 30 minutes no answer I finally called to you and he answered and then I got the instructions on how to get in the door. There was no heat or air conditioning. It didn’t work.

Nice stay

Location is great.. Easy to walk anywhere in centre.. Safe and cosy neighborhood.. Staff helpful.. Refrigerator and aircon nice..

Maybe couch can be better.. It wasnt working as a bed..

Bad

The location is good if you need to catch the bus from the bus station, but that’s it! The room was uncomfortable with a strong smell of cigarette, not sure if they actually clean the room as the smell was way too strong. Towels, pillow and sheets all smelling of cigarette, it was disgusting. Funny thing is that there is an information paper where it clearly says that smoking is not allowed! Wtf 😡 There is no lift, barely speaking English, so if you’re booking this place, good luck!

Almost a perfect place to stay.

*very helpful staff *closeness to several grocery stores. *closeness to metro, International Bus Station, and Central Railway Station.

It was easy to get to Sofia town centre.. It was noisy but I think people were commuting so it was normal to be like that as the hotel was on the main road ..

Language barrier as it was difficult to communicate but sign language helped.

They told us upon arrival that they could not accommodate us. There was a duplication in bookings. After i said that we'd be staying just for 5 hours before our flight, they decided to give us a room

Walking distance from Sofia bus and railway station. They allow self check in due to late arrival.

No elevator, hard for people with heavy lugagge. Unpleasant smell of the room. Room smells like they are people smoking in the room. Lotsa animal fur on the chair.

The hotel is very close to the Sofia center, about 15 min walk to all main attractions. Great check-in experience, we arrive in the middle of the night and our key was waiting for us in the secure box at the entrance. The room was spacious, with everything needed for a good stay. As our trip was in the middle of the summer the air conditioning was a blessing. Wifi was with a good strong signal. One major thing to point out - they have excellent beds, the mattress is a godsend :)

The only thing that bothered me was the shower, the drain didn’t work too well and it was wet in n the whole bathroom for some time after a shower. The drain is in the middle of the bathroom and it’s one of those showers that has no curtain.

Poor

Not much. Only the location.

There was no hot water. I think I found an immersion heater, but I didn't have time to try it. The bathroom was also dangerous . It was a wet room, but the titles were not dimpled so I slipped many times. For it being an apartment/hotel, the kitchen was a fridge and kettle. The beds were not that comfortable for the price, I've had much better night's sleep in hostels. I asked about luggage storage for the next day, was told there was a small fee and that they'd only keep it until 7pm. When I went to reception it was closed so I couldn't even leave it. Luckily there is a storage unit in the train station, which is cheaper and open later.

Great stay when you want to be close to the train or bus station

We only stayed for 1 night because we had a bus early in the morning. Location for this reason is great, only some minutes from train and bus station. Staff was friendly and showed us everything. Room was superclean, beds were comfy and internet as well as AC worked very well. We had the small twin room, but surprisingly it was bigger than expected. Also the noise of the tram which is right outside of the room didn’t bother us. It does not drive at night anyway. And if the windows are closed, the sound insulation is quite good. We can highly recommend this place.

An excellent place to stay if you are travelling by train or bus

We were met at the airport in the early hours of the morning & let into the room. So grateful that everything was made so easy for us after a long journey. Room comfortable & clean. Excellent location for train & bus stations - both within a short walk.

Room it's clean ,guy in reception friendly and nice

Noise gests, we didn't sleep 2 nights from our stay (5 nights) becose 2 am our neighbours argued and walk up and down.

Exceptional

Perfect place to go to from the bus/train station. Very nice room, comfortable bed and big bathroom. It surprised me. The recepctionist was exceptional.

Excellent location near the bus station. Friendly personell.

Bad sound proof. You can hear very loud everyone passing by in the hall thehind the door. Reception is often closed and you have to call a receptionist by phone and wait outdoor.
