The staff at this hotel was just excellent. From the two women who ran the breakfast in the morning to the people at reception. They were helpful, polite, prompt, friendly. The location is excellent, too - right by the central bus and train stations with lots of bus, tramway and metro connections available. Our room had a bit of a cleanliness issue which we reported to the staff and they seemed concerned. The surface of everything was very clean but a look under the bed or under a mattress was a bit gross.

Best Western Terminus is a pretty decent hotel, and I would recommend to others. The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. I had questions about getting around the city and different sites, and they were quick to provide guidance about the city. My room was cozy and free of issues for the most part. Daily housekeeping was good. The breakfast buffet was edible, having a bit of variety for everyone.
I wasn’t crazy about the outside location and area, which was not far from the bus station; however, I felt safe within the hotel and immediate area.

I had a late check in but managed a good night's sleep. Breakfast was sufficient and the place was quiet despite being very c.ose to the station, main road, etc. The air conditioning was a bit noisy.
