There is a staff named Pasha at the hotel, a very friendly person , he always took care of us and communicated with us very nicely, the friend on the night spoke a little English , the breakfast type was not very good , the room cleaning was not very good, but it's okay

It was comfortable.
The property is located after a steep slope so people with a lot of luggage might struggle to carry it down the hotel.

Great location, good value, friendly staff, ample breakfast. Note: many reviews commented on the hill. It’s Istanbul. Istanbul is hilly. Unless you have massive luggage or difficulty walking, it’s not a problem. And taxis could certainly go to the front door if needed.
Glass that enclosed bathroom was clouded but still gave less privacy than some might want.

There was no any kind of sounds very quiet and relaxed for sleeping
No body asking for cleaning the room i was 4 days stay there no one coming for cleaning the room
