Fantastic view from sea view rooms to Bosporus.
There was undeveloped lobby - bar and restaurant areas. The lady in the restaurant needs a hospitality training. Terrace with fantastic view for evening restaurant was out of use at all. Elevator was very small (4 persons) and had very strange programming. There was some spare stuff on the floors (boxes). Next door terrace restaurant had unbelievably loud music till 2.00am.

The first night they upgraded us to a room with a nice view (9th floor), we had to move the day after.
The standard room are underground. The toilet door does not close and it stinks. It’s very noisy with loud music until late night 1-2pm.
The spa looked dirty and dodgy.
