We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is located about 50 minutes from Milan city center by tram. We used Tram 12, which provided convenient access to the city. There is a Metro supermarket about 1 km away, a Lidl one tram stop further, and a large Superstore within 3–4 stops.
One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its large private parking area with plenty of spaces. The parking lot is located inside a gated property with restricted access, monitored by security cameras, and most parking spaces are shaded.
The hotel has been recently renovated and feels modern and welcoming. Our room was spotless, and the bed linens and towels were of very good quality. The bed was very large and comfortable, which helped us rest well after long days of sightseeing. The air conditioning was also a huge plus, especially during the warm weather.
Breakfast offered a good variety of options, including several types of croissants, two kinds of eggs, ham and cheese, different breads, cakes, fresh fruit, a wide selection of teas, and all kinds of coffee drinks from an automatic coffee machine.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended!
One thing that was disappointing is the lack of an iron in the room. For a business hotel, this is quite surprising. Many guests travel for work or meetings and need to iron their shirts or clothes before going out.
Considering that this is Italy, where people generally take great pride in their appearance and dress elegantly, having access to an iron would be a very useful and appreciated amenity.

Simple, good breakfast.
Excellent communication with the staff, online and on site, willingness, they fulfilled our wishes (they themselves offered us another room due to our mistake in the order - separate beds), all answers to our questions were provided by email immediately.
PERFECT parking, free guarded parking right in the hotel building, high walls, automatic solid gate - the biggest advantage.
Comfortable rooms, older equipment, but clean, hygienic. Comfortable beds (we are very tall).
We got more for our money than we expected.

Breakfast and parking is great, very close to many shopping centres and restaurants!
The neighborhood but the hotel cannot influence that whilst it is access controlled, fenced and with CCTV.
We felt very safe.

The staff is good,
The room is very clean.
And the towels are enough for wishing
The electrical contactor was making a loud noise. After I told them, they just changed the bottom for the on/off switch. I recommend replacing it. Also, if they make more, it would be for breakfast.
