The hotel had a very chilled out vibe with lots of places to relax. Staff were the best. Super friendly and kind!
Air conditioning wasn't working in my room. Pool looked very green and unhealthy. I understand in off season not everything will be in working order. Maybe a pool cover could help and maintenance checks on air conditioning in rooms?

Was very clean.
The swimming pool. Operated through the restaurant which seemed very strange, wasnt always open & seemed to be used for children’s activities. Think this needs to be specified on the website.
Rooms were also very small. We had tried to upgrade the room booking from a single to a twin before arrival. Were unable to do so so we had to have 2 separate rooms & bookings, which was disappointing & expensive for the rooms.
