The room was clean and the cleaning staff came in each day while we were gone to change the sheets and replace the towels. Air conditioning is on all the time in all rooms and common spaces.
Free street parking is available.
Considering the overall cost of the stay, included breakfast and distance to Milano and Monza, this accommodation is suitable for a short stay (2-3 days).
The bathroom door will not stay closed nor locked due to the damaged frame.
The AC's fan would sometimes rattle, as the unit is quite old. Toiletry supplies are not free.
The sofa is not the most comfortable for the third person. The bed mattress and pillows are fine.

The room was spacious and modern. It had everything you need:
TV, heating, desk, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner. It also had a little balcony.
Staff has been incredibly helpful and patient with me. I was meant to take the room for the night as I have adopted a small kitten from South of Italy. They have accommodated an early check in for me after explaining I wanted to avoid staying outside with the kitten in the cage. I'm so sorry because I know that the room was left a bit dirty due to the cat litter and the cat being a troublemaker! Also there's plenty of restaurants around for take away/delivery
The room was initially cold but I have messaged staff on WhatsApp and put the heating on promptly.

A really beautiful room, very comfortable, breakfast was fine , you can find a parking spot easily.
There was no elevator but ok there are only two floors so that's fine.
