Wonderful place and wonderful people. Pool amazing, food excellent. Nothing too much trouble for the team. We did tours with Nero which were brilliant- he took us places we never would have been to- and had real contact with visits to the community (without feeling intrusive).

The staff were exceptional, we were made to feel as welcome as if we were royalty. Lawrence the chef gave us a private cooking lesson which was a highlight, the walks from the place were adventurous and easy to follow. The food was top class too! Not to mention the owners Anthony and Sam who were incredible hosts - we chatted away to them both nights and they helped us restructure our route around both Kandy and the rest of our trip. We have never stayed anywhere better anywhere in the world.
This is a superfluous box, I wouldn't change a thing.

Rangala House is an absolute haven. We have stayed off the beaten track on our travels through Sri Lanka and Rangala House was a peaceful and beautiful experience. The views are incredible, the staff went above and beyond, and the food was some of the best we've had in Sri Lanka. We stayed in the family room, which was perfect for our family of 4.

Everything was amazing. The best views we saw in Sri Lanka, very peaceful and felt like a private villa. Food is incredible and the staff are perfect, always on hand but also aware of privacy. We sat on the veranda for hours with Tea looking out at the views. Room was huge and had the most amazing view. Stay for views, food and living in luxury
