Easy location to access from Dobutsuen Mae station. Many shops are located nearby as well. Staff were very respectful and courteous. Pricing was good too.
It’s noisy at night due to the railway being just behind the building. My room was clean and I kept it clean but I expected housekeeping to be done every day like at most hotels.

The location of the hotel was great as it was near a convient station. The price matched my expectation. The staff was all nice and helpful as well.
The only thing I did not like is the body soap comes in packets and they were hard to open. But that is a minior issue.

The room was larger than normal hotel rooms. It was clean and you could take clean towels every day from the reception.
The location was excellent.
My room was on the fourth floor and I could hear the trains quite a lot during the night and the early hours of the morning in spite of the insulation of the windows.

Great location next to subway station. Clean hotel room, with coin laundry and simple but good facilities.
Minor detail, but the beds don’t have a head rest and the pillows are rather small and the memory foam style. A better pillow and bed would make the stay perfect.
