Good location. Also a common area, which is always nice!
The dormitory was a bit smelly. Extra airing would be nice. (which I did myself, as you can open the window.)

Price and convenience. Common room is clean and appliances available for food storage in main lobby.
Dusty, and water heater keeps resetting to cold.
