We had the most amazing time. We were upgraded to the Palm Villa for my husbands 40th which blew us away and totally unexpected. Such an amazing surprise and our kids absolutely loved having our own pool. The staff were amazing and so friendly. Remembered our names on day 1.

Nice location, staff on reception are good
Staff in the restaurants need some training, they are definitely on island time, but not in a charming way. The resort is tired and the rooms need upgrading

excellent location with stunning views
Bedroom was very clean
The Hotel is a very private place
Access to the beach was perfect with no crowd, and no cruises
Snorkeling was excellent right in front of the hotel
Not damaged by the last hurricanes
The main restaurant was average: the service team is not well trained, with long waiting time, and meals were not that great.
We booked a room right on the beach with stunning views but I feel the value for the price was not there
Assistance to get to the hotel from the airport was none
