About this apartment rental
Situated in the Marigot Marina Central Courtyard, this second floor apartment has a lovely view of the Bay and is just a few steps away from the waterfront.
The apartment is both spacious and tastefully furnished to the highest standard. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table and chairs, living room with comfy sofa, which transfers into a sofa-bed. The bedroom, with king bed is large and comfortable with an ensutie shower room.
The balcony has a table and 4 chairs - here you can sit and watch the super-yachts and sail boats sailing in and out of the Bay whilst you sip on a 'local rum cocktail'!!
Just a short walk along the dock and you can enter he adjacent Zoetry 5* Hotel Here you have the benefit of being able to use the pools and gym free of charge with your rental, food and beverages are payable! A great bonus!
Within the central Courtyard, you have Hurricane Hole Restaurant/Bar, open from 7am until 10pm, Coco Cafe for coffees & pastries and Driftwood Steak House Restaurant. All open to the public and pay as you go...

Very clean apartment, nicely decorated. Ample drawer and closet space. Has everything you might need in the kitchen and there was coffee and juice when we arrived.Nice size balcony too.Apartment is 2 floors up so approximately 40-50 stairs.Few shops within walking distance so groceries should be purchased enroute from airport to apartment.Or ask the manager if they can be pre bought and delivered. Ample restaurants with delicious food. Doolittles, Villa, Roots 2, Chateau Mago, Jo’s and use of Zoetry pool is very nice but try the beach, lots of fun and always something happening.

We stayed here for a week and had a lovely time. Apartment was clean and stocked with everything you need in the kitchen especially. Access to the resort pool is a really nice perk. Pauline was great to communicate with and even explained the check in process to my friend who was staying in another of her units across the hall so when we arrived it was incredibly easy.
