Nothing.. awesome stay

We enjoyed three wonderful nights at A&V. From the moment we arrived (early... and they accommodated us immediately!) to the moment we left, we felt very cared for and well served. Roman was an excellent host and provided tons of information. We appreciated his English very much and he tolerated our pathetic attempts at Spanish. The hotel is so beautiful, serene and comfortable. The pool is exactly what you need after a hot day on the beach and/or exploring. It's not lacking in any department and we highly recommend it. Bonus was the bikes that we took daily - once to Barra de Coyuca and then to Pie de la Cuesta. So fun and made for a memorable holiday. Collectivos run up and down between Pie de la Cuesta and Barra de Coyuca so if you don't have a car and don't want to bike you can still explore the whole area - it's safe and fun. Note that the hotel itself is tucked between the main road and the beach so it's not right on the beach (there are two houses in front) but they have a beach-front bar with cabanas, hammocks and lounge chairs.
