The ease for key pickup late at night.
That we were not advised that if we had more than one car, we would need two codes to enter. This was a significant problem at night when the 2nd car could not gain entry. When I called to ask about this, the staff member said, Oh you booked through a third party(booking.com), so the question of how many cars was not asked by them. This was a poor and unacceptable excuse. We were very lucky that another car was entering late so our 2nd car was able to follow closely behind in order to enter.

Facilities were excellent. The pool area was very clean, and I loved that the pool was heated. Waterslide was a hit. There is lots for the kids to do and a short walk to the beach.
Cabin was dirty on arrival. Told staff that there was other people's food still in the living area and if I could have a broom and dust pan to clean it up. Never received it. Floors were dirty on arrival, and the lounge could do with a steam clean.
