Free secure parking. Excellent water flow in the shower, nice view from the window, shared microwave oven in the lobby. Beds were quite comfy and the room was clean.
I booked the place specifically as it was written to have A/C in the rooms, and it was during the heatwave. In reality the A/C only works at the reception (not all the time), while in the rooms it's really a very loud fan, which doesn't cool anything at all. The room heated up to about +27C or +28C during the stay and it was very difficult to sleep. The receptionist was nice and came to the room before calling a technician, who then (as I was told) didn't find anything wrong with the cooling system. I think they know very well it's faulty, but they don't want to invest money to fix the problem (not too many hot days in the region), so they tell people that it's a surprise that this happened.
