Wonderful charming villa on the slopes above lake Ananuri. The hosts are fantastic, ready to help in every situation. The villa itself offers a marvellous garden and a swimming pool,all at full disposal of the guests. Furnitures and the overall architecture of the villa are stunning. Breakfast is of very high quality, as well as the bathroom. As a big plus, they let me park my motorbike inside the gate, and were so kind to get me wash my clothes for free (after many days of riding I needed some refreshments). Position is perfect to visit Kazbegi and Stepantsminda border area, and Shatili. All in all a wonderful experience for the 3 nights I spent there.

Very nice communal area, garden really great, not to far from the reservoir. Great breakfast.
We booked 2 rooms one was nice the second one was not very inviting. No fly screens.

The hostess is amazing. She is helpful, kind, an amazing servant, and an incredible cook! The place was magnificent - stunningly beautiful, relaxing, refreshing! The view is stunning of the lake and the property!
