Well located, bright and airy apartment

The property was in a good location with supermarkets (mini mart across the road and Aldi less than ten minutes) and restaurants nearby, as well as plenty of transport links. The balconies were a real treat - so nice to sit out with a book. Netflix available if you prefer to be indoors! The apartment was essentially one open plan room, but was large enough that it still seemed spacious and airy.

The lift up to the 4th floor is VERY small and old. We saw it as a novelty but it could definitely be off putting for others.

A nice spacious comfortable apartment offering a large open balcony to relax

Spacious apartment with everything you need, washing machine etc, including a large furnished and a 2nd balcony offering good views and comfort. Location is 400m to Avenida metro and bus stop to take you almost anywhere you wish to go to, or a short walk to Rossio Sq. A bonus is the Miradouro do Jardim do Torel, the steps/entrance to the top, are opposite the apartment. There are numerous mini supermarkets on the same street. The best options for numerous restaurants and cafes are on R. São José at the bottom of the road.

There was nothing to spoil my expectations. Those with disabilities or similar should be aware the apartment is located up a fairly steep hill and has 5 steps up from street level to the elevator, but not a problem.

Great stay

Spacious apartment and very well equipped. We had everything we needed and even more. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very close to the centre.

Exceptional

It was so well equipped for cooking with everything we needed. Extra special touches we appreciated were the little welcome beers in the fridge and enough Nespresso pods for a little coffee every morning of our trip. The shutters on the windows made for a lovely dark sleep, the shower was excellent, the balconies were a great spot to sit in the evening and watch the world go by. Everything was really nicely done.

A very clean, comfortable, and spacious studio apartment, with all the amenities. Recommended.

Very spacious studio apartment, with great views and a nice terrace. Clean and comfortable. Host was accomodating and helpful. Location is great - for walking or subway. Aldi supermarket nearby.

The bathroom is very small, but makes good use of the space. It might be an issue for a large person. The apartment is on the fourth floor. There is a small (1-person) elevator.

Everything was good, my family liked the stay in this apartment. Joaquim is great and helpful!

Fantastic place but wish the bathroom door was an actual door...!

- The apartment is located in a very good location: easy access to main spots but not busy with tourists. - The apartment has two balconies (one is actually more a huge terrace than a balcony)! You can hang out there all day when the weather is nice and warm. - Kitchen equipments are all nice and clean. Totally recommend this place especially for a long-term stay since the kitchen is so nice and big.

- The bathroom always had a smell (like an Indian restaurant) which is just a minor thing but wonder where the smell came from. - Also the bathroom is extremely tiny considering the size of the apartment and the terrace. The door is a simple sliding board so there is a gap where you can hear every noise made in the bathroom. Just for this reason, I would not even feel comfortable staying here with my own family/ friends...

Great studio in the heart of town with two balconies!

Has two big balconies, which is fantastic. Also bed was surprisingly comfy. Very good location.

The kitchen could have done with another saucepan - there seemed to be only one. And needed a colander for draining pasta. Some instructions on operating the blinds would also have helped.

We had a magical time in Lisbon. The unit was spacious and close to everything a must stay .

The place was clean and had everything you could want for your stay. The two balconies were a bonus and the location was just perfect.

spacious apartment with everything you need. nice walk into the old town or you can use the underground metro.

it would have been helpful if there was some information about must see places, local things to do and a clear map. I found one in the end.

Spacious clean apartment with everything you could want

The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need including a washing machine. There were two balconies, one of them was very large with views of the city, a barbeque and plenty of seating. It was in a good location for the metro and also there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. LOVED the old fashioned lift, so cute.

It was walking distance from old town. Close to great restaurants. Has a very funky elevator. Apartment is as beautiful as the photos. Lots of natural light. Two outdoor balconies, one is huge. Can see whole city! Beds are comfortable. Great kitchen and large dining table.

Very good

The communication with the host was ok, via phone. The appartment is large with a large and well furnished terrace. Everything was available in the kitchen including things for cooking like oil, pepper, spices etc. Althoug cooking was realy not necessary with many excellent restaurants close , both local and more top-end. The centre of the city is only a 10 min max walk. Enjoyed our stay , and would book again. Oh yes, and the old-movie-gangster style lift really is something special !

Great and comfy

Overall, the place was very clean and located in a nice area.

I really liked everything but there was a party (or a bar?) just upstairs for both nights while we were there. The noise was quite close and loud so it disturbing our sleep.

True Gem. Don't miss out.

Great stay, never seen such a fully loaded apartment. Complete in every way. VERY CLEAN ! Fastest wifi you will find 100% guaranteed. 2 separate outdoor areas, one is exetemly large and both have some of the best views around. Super secure and very safe. Anything you need is a walk away. Fully accessible to all busy and tourist areas by foot or with a very short taxi drive which i have yet to require. Even if you look for something to complain about, you wont find it. VERY responsive host, great guy. Really enjoyed my days here.

The toilet/bathroom sliding door stuck, hard to open or close , toilet floor wet because water leak though the shower door.

The studio is very nice. It has a huge balcony. 10 stars for the host. Joaquim knew that we were coming with a baby boy and brought to the place a car, a bear and a baby towel. He let us stay until we had the flight, which means 8:00 PM. I really recommend it. Very close to the city center. Excellent! Thank you
