The room was amazing and even as you walk in the public space has everything you need, the bathroom was beautiful and bedroom was massive! Air conditioning was great too for a 39 degree day we had arriving. The staff were so friendly, Patrizio was incredibly and helped carry our suitcases up the stairs and was so friendly. As were the staff I was communicating with. It was also a 10-15 minute walk from the train station totally doable.
Nothing!! it was our shortest stay whilst travelling and we only had one night in this incredible accommodation

Perfectly central location, steps from the station and the Duomo. Ideal for exploring Florence on foot. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

Location was excellent, the staff were very helpful and the suite had everything we needed. The room had nice furnishings and it felt very private and secure. It was on the second floor with stairs access only so probably not the best option for anyone with mobility issues.
Discovered a large cockroach in the bathroom on our last day. Other than that everything was perfect.

no elevator. has to carry luggages upstairs. although common area provided hot pot, no plug. So someone took it to their own room and others can’t use it.
