The staff was exceptional and always willing to help with questions or tips for our day. The room was great and I loved the spacious bathroom. We included breakfast with our room and was very pleased with the offerings. My only comment is the elevator only holds 2 people so it is tight if both people have a piece of luggage. Also, the elevator does not go to the bottom floor so you will have to carry your luggage up and down a circular staircase. Someone is always at the reservation desk so they offered to carry our bags downstairs, which was great. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Centre of Florence and is within an easy walk to the tram that we took to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
