The staff was so kind and showed us where everything was, even gave us a map to show us her favorite food spots and how to get to all the landmarks. Location has an amazing view of the streets and lively during the day, while quiet at night. 100% would stay here again.

The 3 flights of stairs are brutal, it would feel safer to have someone at the front desk 24/7

Location, location, location. 5 minutes from the tram stop (airport and Villa Constanza links) and 3 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Room got AC, which works really well.
This hotel is on the top floor, so after a long day of walking through Florence, there is still a final climb.
