The properly was beautiful and central to everything in Florence. The communication was fantastic and everyone was so friendly.
The upstairs loft area is very, very hot even with the air con on all day and night.

The location is 10/10, right in the heart of Florence. We were able to drop off our luggage earlier which was so helpful so we could explore the city luggage free.
Being so central it was noisy overnight. The airconditioner temperature couldnt be altered. We did ask for an iron or steamer but the staff member wasn't sure if there was one.
