Amazing location, right in front of Palazzo Strozzi! We had the best time here. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a great eye for detail, and the breakfast was lovely too. We absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay here again next time in Florence!

The property and room was really nice and clean! The staff was very accommodating and helpful! Great location!
The air conditioning was not the best. It didn’t put out good air flow.

Location was generally good. Right in the centre and all main attractions accessible on foot as well as dining venues. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
A few things:
(1) it was on the main strip which I didn’t appreciate and so it was very noisy at night when trying to sleep;
(2) the shower was tiny and I could barely move in it - noting that I’m a small woman;
(3) my door wouldn’t close properly. As I was travelling alone this made me feel quite unsafe. I mentioned this on three occasions but I’m not sure what action was taken during my stay to fix the door.
