The ladies were exceptional. So warm, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Genuine interest in our day. Room was large for Italy and excellent. Great style/decor, v comfortable room as was the bed. Great shower/bathroom etc. Excellent free coffee/water in the lounge. Light continental breakfast option, bought in, was really good. Location, too often exaggerated in reviews, was truly exceptional. My wife was 60 during the stay and she loved it
Nothing. It was a fantastic visit. Genuinely stylish, homelike and safe

Great location and wonderful staff
Noisy at night from the square below so bring earplugs. Also sometimes no lift available so we had to walk up and down but that wasn’t too bad .
