The property on first look was excellent, you can tell it’s just been refurbished, everything was tastefully decorated with some very nice colours and cushions, the only thing is the lounge was missing lamps for a softer ambience as the main lights are far to bright to have on in the evening, the beds was very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. The shower room on the hole very nice and plenty of hot water, the food is good and the swimming pool was great, they also have washing machine and dryer but could do with at least 2/3 washing machines and dryers.
The score’s would have been 10/10 for everything if it wasn’t for the shower/ bathroom unfortunately the house keeping wasn’t good in the bathroom, first morning I had noticed was the sink over flow was black with dirt the plug hole was fully of hair and dirt and the shower floor drain hadn’t been cleaned for a while and then their was little hand prints on the mirror in the dressing room and on the windows in the lounge area. The window tracks was dirty and the kitchen splash back hadn’t been cleaned down properly, their was runs of either grease or some form of pray.
