Located close to all ammenities
Newly renovated rooms.
There was a rather strong paint smell in the room but after some airing it wasn’t as bad.
Probably needs to be left completely open after painting is done.

Owner was friendly. Reasonable size room. Clean on arrival. Most room facilities in good condition (missing shelf in fridge, broken soap holder).
Really grotty and dusty outside the room. It needed a really good sweep. This meant lots of dirt ended up in the room. The soundproofing to outside was poor, so we could hear everything. Parts of the motel are being renovated. On our 3rd day (Monday), the builders arrived at 7am and were incredibly loud (shouting, power tools, music). As well as being woken up, it became a very unappealing place to be.
