The parking spot is safe and behind the gate, even though small, so don’t come with SUV or Jeep, all the rest will have space. The breakfast is good. Walking distance to the city center. Good place for night or two with the car.
When the neighbors were taking shower, water started to appear through our sewage :(
The building is old and nice and therefore needs more nice touch for renovation, so to preserve the original architecture.

The breakfast was outstanding. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and polite. I would liked to have known the history of the property it looked very historic and well maintained.

OK, good boutique hotel, good base for Genova. Nice staff and good breakfast. Within walking distance to the city centre.

English speaking helpful lady. I also really appreciated the possibility of parking spot there (billed extra). The garden is also handy and can delight you with a fresh air place for planning time or morning tea/coffee.
Room is looking historically original (ceiling paintings, mosaic floor, windows).
My room was a little bit opposite of what "cosy" is, the feeling was like the furniture was placed with not much care. No carpet (but nice traditional floor is there – i understand). Windows curtains were washed long ago i guess (greyish). There is also some noise from street/road outside – if you like calm, it can be not great for you.
