We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Everything was excellent, but what truly made our experience exceptional was Diego.
Diego was incredibly kind, positive, and always willing to help. He went above and beyond to assist us with every issue we had, always with a smile and a great attitude. His professionalism and genuine care made a huge difference in our stay.
We truly believe that Diego deserves recognition from the management for his outstanding work. Employees like him are a real asset to the hotel.

Right next to the train station.
Lots of street noise. No elevator.

The hotel is located in one of the two central parts of the city and is close to many sights of the city.
The hotel reception is very friendly.
Pay attention to the lack of an elevator, of course it is written in the description of the hotel.
The hotel is relatively old and in my opinion needs renovation.
In general, it seems that it cannot easily be called a three-star hotel.
