It's basically at the metro station (5 min walk) and in the beginning of the old town, so you get the best location out of all possible locations. From there in 2 stops by metro you get to the Train station, or take a walk and you will enjoy the beauty of the old town area. I think this is a very good location and I was happy to stay there.
Around the corner there is quite strange region where a lot of African gangs meet up, smoke hash and girls offer their services. I went there by accident but after realising I missed my street I left this area. It look scary but the gangs did not try to offend me or talk to me. In any case, GPS is very bad between stone buildings so your navigation can mislead you. Explore the streets before travelling to Genoa as not all of them are touristy and safe. Luckely, the B&B was in the superb location, just do not miss the right street when coming there for the first time.

Everything was clean and tidy and of good quality. It was such a nice touch to have free water, snacks, and coffee available. The location was also really convenient, only about a 20-minute walk from the train station. The woman working in the staff was lovely, very helpful and welcoming.
The bed was a little uncomfortable because it was quite squeaky. Sometimes i could hear noise from the street and the hallway, which occasionally woke me up.

Everything, This is an amazing room in the center of the old town with high art covered ceilings and lots of space. It was clean, comfortable and amazing. Will come stay here again any day!!

Great location in the old town
Bad is hard and linen is old, bathroom is weird need to keep head down for not hitting the ceiling
