About this house rental
Situated in Marshfield, this attractive house for $462 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Built in 1998, Sunview House is a three-story colonial style house. Feel the warmth of sunlight & enjoy the scenic views of the tidal marsh & river through almost every window with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the master bedroom. Short walk to South River, Humarock Beach, restaurants, coffee shop, package store & salon. Several historic sites located nearby. Situated between Boston & Cape Cod. Easy access to Rt.3 & 3A. Nearby train station w/access to Boston. The first floor space includes living room (couch w/pullout bed), dining area, kitchen & half bath. On the second floor are two bedrooms, a full bath & laundry. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second one has a queen-sized bed as well as a couch. The master bedroom is located on the third floor, which includes a queen sized bed, leather couch, desk, mini-fridge & high top table with chairs. There are two Duraflame fireplaces w/remote on first & third floors. There is the main deck (main entrance) as well as a smaller deck on opposite side of house. Picnic table facing tidal marsh. Grill and propane tank will be provided for guests use. However, we do not monitor fuel status and guest may need to refill before use. New memory foam mattresses for all beds (2019). High-quality bedding and towels provided. Front loading washer & dryer. Laundry supplies provided for your convenience. Wifi included. Livingroom & bedrooms have either smart TVs w/chromecast built-in or TV's w/ Amazon Fire w/remote (login to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, etc. w/ your own account). Each bedroom has bluetooth speaker/charger port alarm clock. K-cup coffee machine (coffee & tea provided), all kitchen essentials provided. Outdoor hose w/hot & cold water makes it easy to rinse yourself or dog off after the beach! Please note: We request at least 2 days advance notice when booking (i.e. book by Tuesday for a Thursday check-in). Whenever possible and if property is vacant, we may be able to accommodate a booking/check-in with shorter notice. Please inquire to discuss. Disclosure: There is (1) one Ring doorbell device located next to the front door facing south. Please note, it is primarily used to monitor weather/water level conditions when vacant.

My family stayed here while we had our floors refinished, and it was so nice being able to was to and on Humarock each day. The house is cozy and well equipped. The neighborhood is friendly. Thanks for sharing your house!

We had a great time at Adam’s rental. It was nice walking each morning to the donut shop. Only took 2 mins to drive to the beach (totally walkable also). The house was just as described and we really enjoyed not having to worry about beach towels or chairs.
There was a slight hiccup trying to check in, my phone didn’t have service to load the instructions with the code, but Adam was quick to respond via the ring doorbell. We would gladly stay again.

My husband and I were more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The place was even nicer that the pictures. Adam made a breeze to check in and even let us arrive a little early. The kitchen had all we needed. There were ample towels both for the bathroom and beach. The air conditioners were already turned on which was great because it was a hot one! The beach was a very short walk with a cute donut shop, gift shop and ice cream place a long the way. Highly recommend this house for a couple or small family getaway.

6 family members arrived for a celebration of life and loved our vacation house! Clean! Roomy! Fun location. Walking distance to great restaurants, coffee and a well stocked convenience store! Adam is a fabulous host. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you

Nice views, very relaxing. Comfy beds and great communication from the very friendly host. A worry free stay while in town for a funeral. Just about anything you need under the sun is just a few minutes drive.

This house was adorable and we absolutely loved it and it fit our family perfectly. We were up here on a family vacation for Christmas as well as a family funeral and Adam was awesome and all his accommodations..

The house was clean, comfortable and had all the desired amenities. The location was just right for a rendezvous, as we were traveling from 3 different places spread across Massachusetts. Although it was a bit too chilly for sitting outside, we enjoyed a walk to the beach, cooking our own meals and just hanging out and reminiscing.
I look forward to staying again.

The house truly feels like an oasis, a home away from home. Everything from the booking to check-in to check-out was seamless. Adam goes above and beyond to provide guests a welcoming atmosphere. The house was organized, very clean, and the attention to detail was amazing. Everything was perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better host or better stay.

The house exceeded our expectations! The location is fantastic, the rooms had beautiful views, the amenities were new, and there was plenty of room for parking, (which can sometimes be an issue when staying at beach houses). The owners were very welcoming and super flexible when we asked to arrive a little bit early and checkout a little bit late! Overall it was a great place to stay!

Peaceful Oasis
This cozy home in Hummarock served as home base while in town for a family funeral. It was spotless and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and a comprehensive array of personal hygiene products as well as laundry soaps. The beds were comfortable and extra linens were available. Although we did not use the Keurig, the hosts provided a wide variety of coffees and teas, as well as hot chocolate for use. Adam was so accommodating with check in and check out, which eased our stress level tremendously. Your kindness was so appreciated, Adam. The home is within walking distance to Hummarock Beach, and with unseasonably warm temperatures, was a peaceful way to end our evenings with a stroll. We also enjoyed dinner at Bridewaye Inn (delicious clam rolls and fish chowder) and fresh donuts in the morning from Dockside Donuts, both of which are aslo within walking distance of the house. We plan to return to this lovely home during the summer to take advantage of all the area has to offer.

Wonderful and charming house!
Adam couldn’t have been more accommodating. It was lovely to arrive and have a nice note and a bottle of wine waiting for us! And not having to worry about going out to get coffee after our extra long drive was a big bonus. The hosts have anticipated your every need! Great escape near beach
Perfect house for a quiet weekend near the beach. The house has everything you need, very well equipped and furnished. Nice quiet neighborhood with nice walk to Humarock beach. Nice view of marsh and river from house. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back!

Satisfaction guaranteed.
I had a wonderful stay from 8/22-8/28. Upon arrival Adam was just leaving the property. He was pleasant and helpful. The place was just as pictured online and all the little touches were apparent. I brought along some stuff “just-in-case” but found that all of it had been provided. Coffee, Tea, sugar, and even creamer were nice touches. The grill was functional and adequate for our needs. Shops and stores are close enough that any thing you forget can easily be picked up. The rooms were bright and clean. The towels and linens were quality and all the amenities worked without a hitch. The short drive or 10 min walk to the beach was a breeze was convenient. I had a great time with my kids and would return.

Found this great house to stay in while in the area for a hockey tournament. Being able to walk to a local beach to eat lobster rolls from the local seafood market sure beats staying in a hotel! House was super cute and plenty of room for our family. Great location with nice views of the marshland. Parking by the beach and town can be a challenge so bring your bikes or just walk.

Visited for the 4th of July with some friends. Plenty of space and the house was extremely clean, in a great location near the beach, and had plenty of parking. Would definitely come back!

Three bedrooms with crisp linens. A walk away from a beautiful beach and a scenic view of a marsh filled with birds to watch. Adam was a grand host.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Every time the thought of " I wish I had" popped up that item was readily available. We didn't want for a thing. We loved the location too. A short walk to the beach and a few shops and restaurants. Perfect!

Sunview House Stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Sunview House! We came to town to visit family for a few days and needed something close by. The house was clean and well stocked. The property manager was very friendly and prompt with communication. My kids enjoyed the surrounding property and views of the marsh. I'm sure we will be back!
