Location is awesome, you're getting what you pay for though
Make sure you don't check out late. It's not a huge fee but that's more on me anyway. The value is insane for the area.
We didn't have a shower curtain and the beds make a lot of noise due to the springs.

Mr Park arranged a transfer ride
To Tokyo station at the last moment. He was very helpful
I dont like people smoking outside my door

Location was great. Close to a number of bus and subway stops. Room size was excellent. Was a nice quiet location. Restaurants are close and plentiful, as were vending machines and a Lawson is probably less than 50 meters away!!
The beds are very basic. Very hard. Functional, but pretty bare bones.

Close to Shinjuku main area. Close walk to train station that gets you places. Many convenience stores and food options around
2 nights in a row, confused guests kept trying to put their PIN number into our door and tried to break in since it wouldn’t work. When we opened door to tell them to go away and wrong room, they wanted to come in? Closed door on them
