Brilliant stay and would stay there again.

Facilities were comfortable and a great kitchen and lounging area.

Only kitchen and recreation area is big enough

room is pretty small, smaller than an usual ensuite. very cold room because no air conditioner but only a small radiator bunk is very uncomfortable and very small No reception to open the door for new guests. guests have to share bathrooms each other Do not allow guests to check in earlier even submit a request If yoi have enough budget, do not live here.

Excellent location

Ease of access to everything. Staff was outstanding. First time at the snow. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be back

Proximity of ski lifts, transport and restaurants

The Kandahar lodge is great accommodation for a family with children but their children should not be allowed to play inside the apartment at bed time so as not to distract with other people who are resting- sleeping

Poor

Rooms too small very conjusted with kids as there is no any beds for adults only bunk beds not comfortable but staff is very nice and helpful. Lounge room and kitchen area nice.

Very good

The managers were friendly and accommodating. The location was fabulous. We had a large room for only two people which made our stay more comfortable.

Limited room for luggage if fully booked. This is being pedantic as I loved it.

Couldn’t recommend enough :)

The staff were super nice and made us feel comfortable from the minute we walked in the door. The entire lodge has such a good vibe it makes you feel right at home.

May not Be the Best for Bigger Groups with Young Kids

The communication kitchen was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Staff were helpful.

It should be mentioned in the description/advertisement (before booking) if families with young kids are not “too welcomed”: the staff told us to control our kids. We hope our room for 8 people could be bigger; (not enough space for our luggage and belongings).

Very poor

At Mt Buller. What else can I say.

Poky dorm like rooms. Good for skiers on a budget. Rooms too small for motorcyclists and their gear.

Great location, friendly staff, clean & comfortable

Tradies taking up all available parking made for a decent walk to the Lodge, could maybe squeeze a chair/lounge into the room........too many steps too :)

Basic lodge with a family friendly environment. Great staff/ management. Nice lounge areas and a very short walk to runs!
