We stayed at Gracier Apartment/Chalet at Mount Buller for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant stay. The location was convenient and the apartment was comfortable for our group. The heating closet is excellent, it helps to keep our jackets gloves dry and warm before stepping out to the windy cold winter. The bathrooms featured heated flooring, which was a nice touch, however, it took sometime to warm up.
Few areas that could be improved. The bedsheets had some dark patches that did not give a clean impression, and there was a noticeable mouldy smell in parts of the apartment, could be due to the past rainy days at MT Buller when we arrived. The shower areas could also be more practical, as there was no shelf or suitable space to place personal toiletries during use.

Also good to get a 15% discount at Georges ski hire and a free snow ball maker, which my grandson adored.

Comfortable beds, warm and cosy living/dining area and well stocked and appointed kitchen. Management were very responsive, accommodating and friendly. Short walk to the village.
Bunk room was smaller than appeared in photo.

Absolutely Beautiful location with a short walk to the village or to the free shuttle. Modern accommodation with every comfort a family could need for their stay. Owners were welcoming, friendly and more than accommodating for our needs. They went above and beyond for my family, more than any previous experience ive ever had as a guest anywhere before.
I cant fault anything about my experience!
