The guesthouse has a lovely small little bar and there is also a small pool. The location is just a 5-10 minute walk to the city centre. The rooms in the guesthouse are set back from the road so it is quiet in the nights and you can get a good night's sleep. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The guesthouse very kindly allows you to store big luggage there while you go and visit the sister island of Principe (There is a strict 15 kg weight limit on the 21 seater Principe plane). I was away on Principe for 3 nights and then came back to stay in Sao Pedro Guesthouse. They also allow you to staore your luggage after you have checked out at 12 if you have an evening flight.
I was in two different rooms as I was staying there for two short stays and while the Wi-Fi and internet connection seemed very good in the upstairs room, when I stayed in the ground floor room that had thick stone walls (the one nearest the bar), the Wi-Fi/Internet didn't work and I had to keep stepping outside or sitting in the garden area to get the Internet. This was the only slightly negative point.

15 mins from airport with cosy environment. Brilliant swimming pool ,clean and comfortable great staff . We hired a 4x4 for 9 days and had no problems they even changed the tyres so we felt safe when driving over some rough roads .
WiFi is reliable, showers were clean and beds with AC in the room was great. Great breakfast with good coffee . All round no problems and good staff.

I moved here as a last minute decision after not liking the first guesthouse I checked into and it was the best decision I could have made! The location, staff, facilities and price made it a fantastic and enjoyable place to stay.
