Warm Hospitality and Great Value Near the Airport
Mandinga Guesthouse is a simple, comfortable place to stay about 15 minutes from the airport. The rooms have the essentials, while the kitchen and most amenities are shared, making it a good value option.
The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. Although they spoke very little English, they went out of their way to make me feel at home, even inviting me to share their delicious home-cooked São Toméan dinners.
One tip for future guests: make sure you receive a key for both your room and the main entrance door when you check in.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for genuine hospitality rather than luxury.

A simpatia do casal Mandinga, bons conversadores e disponíveis para alguns conselhos, mas fomos em grupo de amigos, para estar com amigos de lá, não sobrou grande tempo para comunicação.
O sossego do local.
. Fazemos uma ideia completamente diferente diferente entre as fotos disponibilizadas no Booking e a realidade.
. O melhor foi o frigobar que permitiu conservar alguns alimentos que levávamos para os passeios pela Ilha.
. A expectativa que tínhamos, um pouco frustrada, mas passou.
. Necessários alguns melhoramentos.
