Uitstekende cottage, mooi park en prima uitvalsbasis voor Disney en Parijs

Genoeg ruimte in de cottage.

An expensive but very fun time with great connections to Disney.

The pool was fantastic with top quality slides but make sure your little ones are big enough to go on them (many need 6years old and 1.2m+), saw some upset families. All the activities were great too, although expensive at £20-£30 each per person which adds up when you book them by the dozen.

The main way around the park is by road without footpath. Whilst vehicles are rare we did see a car coming around the corner at 20+ with children walking in the road, seemed unsafe for a place with lots of children and could be fixed so easily. Room was fine although more dusty than one would hope, also both the shower and the bath leaked but maintenance fixed them both quickly. The activities were great but little entertainment that wasn't an activity, would have loved to see more than one 30-60min show.

The property is tired and in need of upgrades , the furniture is worn . Outside space needs better up keep . Property could do with have air con , but we knew it didnt

The pools and tree top nets and bowling .Supermarket

Not enough choice for evening meals if you wanted to eat out.Feel that beds and pillows should have mattress protectors on them.long waits at reception desk.

Excellent place to stay, pool was amazing for most age groups

The pool was amazing. Accommodation was good. Loved hiring bikes Shop was open long hours which was help. Staff at the information centre were amazing and so helpful

The staff in the eating establishments could’ve been more friendly

Good location, near Disney and lots of onsite activities for all ages.

The pool area was great, facilities in the cottage had all you'd expect. There was something for everyone to do.

The activities were expensive. On our arrival day we weren't really shown how to get around and its a very large area. I think it needs air con, I understand why they don't have it but I had arranged to rent an Aircon unit on arrival and when we arrived they advised they actually don't rent them out.

Staff were a little rude on leaving the centre.

Brilliant facilities and activities. They had reasonable pricing for activities such as bikes and boats. The Supermarket and bakery are excellent.

The bikes are very worn, and tyres are in poor condition. Broken parts are a health hazard.

Overpriced

The water park was amazing and cabins are pretty nice.

Beds were uncomfortable unfortunately no air conditioning which we didn’t realise and tvs need to be updated.

The swimming pool the shops.

I didn’t like the fact when booking we had to book two rooms although there was only a family of three which 1 room would have been plenty but on the booking form it would not let me book 1 room. So therefore I had to book two rooms which was a waste of my money.

Safety and lack of staff made the stay uncomfortable

The watermark and bakery were good

There is no staff available during peek hours. We called the welcomed center plenty of time and never got any kind of response

Lovely stay

Location, facilities, food options all great. Regular local bus to parks start at 5am Prices in food store and restaurants very reasonable Bakery is amazing

Nice venue, not the best service

The venue is amazing So many things to do and facilities

The beds were awful you cant sleep They only gave us two towels for the stay Two toilets paper rolls for the stay No tissue paper No soap for the kitchen Only 1 mini shampoo bottle Doesnt deserve 4 stars

Great pool facilities!

The pool is amazing, the location brilliant perfect for a family trip to Disneyland. The cottage was decent and clean, comfortable. Was it value for the money? Not really, slightly overpriced (probably because of the location) but still enjoyed the place.

The property is alright, a problem is with some members of the staff (especially the security guy at the pool) . Rude behaviour, unhelpful and treating people like intruders to a place they pay large amounts to be in. The floors at the pool are quite slippery because they aren’t cleaned on time or properly (fell 2 times). Although I would say these are minor issues but I would recommend you learn french before going there( many staff members don’t speak or pretend not to understand English and will ignore you if you don’t speak in French) .

Checking in was a bit of a nightmare as Google maps takes you to the day visitor entrance. Air con would have been nice.

Overall we enjoyed our stay despite the poor sleep and lack of some items. The pools made the stay!

The pools were fantastic, the supermarket was convenient, the area was lovely to walk around and the setting was calm.

The bed was hard as a plank and very uncomfortable with both of us having restless sleep and waking with back ache. Linked to this the only fan for the whole apartment was a small deskfan and with the windows only able to be open a small amount, made the room very hot. We were given 2 small pillows the size of cushions on the bed, luckily we stumbled across a room with spare pillows and borrowed an extra 2 but these really should be provided in the room. We travelled by train from the uk and then taxi, when checking in with our luggage their was no offer to help with bags nor any suggestion of trollies to use to get to our walk from reception to our apartment in the baking sun and after a long days travel. Customer service could be improved. We later found by accident a luggage trolley which we used on leaving but made it even worse that these were not offered when checking in. Although we are middle aged, I am disabled and as not all disabilities are visible it was wrong to assume we were capable of the long walk with all our luggage if options to make life easier were available. The kitchen did not have many utensils for cooking, although basics were there, it would be useful to add tongs and an egg lifter/spatula. We purchased sugar and condiments, and then had to leave what we couldnt use, made us think of the waste generated by ourselves and future guests. Not sure if there is something that could be added as smaller packets or sachets to purchase as you need to avoid food waste on basic items like salt, pepper, butter, sugar. Also loved all the ducks and swans, would be nice to be able to purchase duck food from the welcome room to feed them.

too expensive for what it is

the concept is great but poorly executed.

no service at all or very rude. we booked a VIP cottages and we were on the edge of the village, very very very far away of everything. NO AC, the jacuzzi didn’t work and a terrible smell in the kids bedroom.

unfortunately it was already older and the wear and tear was visible. especially the VIP cottage bathtub with the jacuzzi was very old and just produced old dirt out of the jets…

Exceptional

Accommodation was great had everything we needed.Best pool facility and so much more for the children besides. Wish we could have stayed longer to make full use of them.will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

Great location for Disneyland, good value for money overall, cleanliness was questionable.

Facilities, pool and lazy river, back to nature.

24 hours with no hot water, 2 properties were 10 minute walk apart, cleaning the property myself prior to leaving. Some restaurants closed at 20:00 hours, too early.

Stunning location and site design. The pool complex was excellent, site facilities were great and very convenient for Disneyland

Facilities were great. The cottage was amazing but expensive.

Brilliant

Resort is excellent. Facilities are excellent. Staff are excellent. The cottage size was excellent. Very good value for money.

Cottage was hot at night and no air-con to put on as heating pre-set at ambient temperature of 18 degrees

stressful

swimming pool cottages are a good standard great for Disney activities

paying 50% with booking.com and then 50% before my check in date, VN wouldn’t take a debit card and threaten to cancel my booking - very stressful as I do not have a credit card which was the only payment method accepted? and had already left my country. not hot water for 25 hours, couldn’t get my language out my car and no help or support?

Great location and value for money

Great location. so much to offer. We did not stay long enough. 47 bus to Disney is great for €2.50. No worries about families getting home at 0004 or until 1am. So all families can go to the fireworks and light show, which is a must to see this year.

Room was dirty, dishes weren’t cleaned properly. Insufficient amount of toiletries.
