The open area of the Lobby was vibrant full with families members.
Location for me was perfect. Most of staff members were so friendly.
Not explaining clearly all services provided for Booking.com's clients.
Lack of good variety and quality of fresh snacks and sandwiches on the Snack Bar.

It was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly, and it’s in a great location for Disney, especially with the free shuttle bus, without the cost of staying in a Disney hotel.
The room was spacious and had plenty of storage, as well as everything you’d need if you did want to eat in the room.
The food menu was fairly basic, but reasonably priced compared to other local restaurants and Disney prices. The food itself was nice and fresh. The onsite restaurant/café and shop were also great, especially after a long day at Disney.
The facilities were great, with fresh towels provided daily and pool towels available too. The kids absolutely loved the arcade — just make sure you take some cash!
The welcome card and macarons were such a lovely touch and made us feel really welcomed.
The hotel shop was expensive, however to be expected. There is a local supermarket a 5-10 minute walk away.
