Magical reception hall, clean comfy rooms, friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel is spot on, this is the 3rd time we have stayed there - free return shuttle bus when the park is closing is a disaster - get a taxi. If it weren't for this I'd give 5 stars. This is the 2nd time we have seen adults physically fighting at the bus once the park has closed. Use the shuttle bus at any other time of day but if staying to see the fireworks, stay clear and get a taxi.

Shower was good, beds were comfortable.
The room was pretty beaten up. Blood on the carpet, dents in the bath. Swimming was pretty grubby. Breakfast was pretty average..
