Breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was excellent.

We stayed in the annex. The view is directly across to the cathedral. The room was charming and very comfortable. The hotel is very central and there are lovely restaurants towards the river.

The location, staff and room accoutrements were outstanding.
On night 4 of our stay, we asked to be relocated into the main hotel. They were very accommodating and the room was lovely and the view exceptional.
We were informed that because we had booked with Booking.com we would be placed in the Annex.
It is in a separate entrance outside of the hotel entrance. The room was very nice, but we could not open the window for air and it looked out into an inner courtyard. The view was not very good. The air conditioning worked very very well. Unfortunately, heating was unavailable.

I rarely write these detailed reviews, but I love this hotel. The customer service was fantastic. The room was even better than advertised - spacious, clean, and had all of these lovely homey touches. The breakfast was great. Staff went above and beyond to make the stay amazing. Big kudos to this hotel! Would stay again 10/10.
