I have stayed here many years now. She is so friendly and helpful I couldn't ask for more.
Great location, value for money.
Decor a little tired but I just want clean and comfy. Which this has alway been.

Very helpful. When we walked in the lady was cleaning and taking pride in the appearance of the hotel. The room was very clean and everything we needed from bedding to towels soap toilet rolls and condiments. Spacious and very welcoming. Overlooked the sea front and not far from the pleasure beach. Parking is included in your stay

Great location - near South Pier, Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle & McDonalds, host was friendly and helpful, overall ok value for money. Great views of the sea. Clean bedding and towels.
Served its purpose for us, which was somewhere to sleep and wash after long days exploring Blackpool
Property is rather run down, a lot could be improved by a deep clean and general maintenance.
We stayed in apartment with kitchen, kitchen wouldn’t really be suitable for more than breakfast and lunch, as rather small.
Could benefit from a good clean, cups in cupboard were dirty, utensils greasy. Stuff on floor which could have been easily hoovered, corridors to rooms could benefit from a good hoover.
Front window wouldn’t close fully - not a major issue in August but I imagine would get cold and windy in colder months, and we were lucky the prom was quiet at night, otherwise the open window wouldn’t close fully of been loud.
