Good position
Dried blood on inside of duvet, Toilet seat not fixed (loose), no safety rail over bath when taking shower this was very slippy whilst standing in bath for shower. Understand that place was under refurbishment, comfortable and price reflected on the abovefaults mentioned.

The place was generally very clean and tidy except for the extractor fan bathroom which was choked with dust and need a good clean out.
The bed was very low to the ground - also the mattress was very soft which meant when I lay on the bed it was like being on the floor which made getting out and standing up very difficult for me.
Also, the rail in the shower that holds the shower head was loose to the point it would NOT hold the shower head in place - not the best when you are trying to take a shower having to use one hand to hold the shower head whilst trying to take a shower.
