I was just over satisfied for the room I was moved to was so much better with the facilities meeting my expectations overall and beyond and the staff were really helpful and supportive and polite
Can’t believe this question I just can’t complain about anything really enjoyable moment apart from Mother Nature opening the heavens from up above which is uncontrollable and out of our control just running into arcades 🙏🏼

Friendly staff and although dated with associated marks and 'faults' it was spotlessly clean.
Overhead light was too bright for a bedroom, no shelf in bathroom to lay out toiletries, just petty concerns.
