This property is conveniently located close to the Bus Stand and within walking distance to the center of Kandy.
The room was comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Both the room and bathroom were clean.
I had the opportunity to witness the Kandy Esala Perahera and explore several local attractions in Kandy including the Temple of the Tooth and Hanthana International Bird Park & Recreation Center during my stay.
The staff were friendly, helpful and easy to reach whenever needed.

Excellent location and spacious rooms, with access to a fridge in the kitchen area, but the experience was mixed. The staff takes their time with everything, and we had an issue with tiny ants in the room that bit us at night. Good for the location, but be prepared for some tropical encounters and very slow service.
A heads-up regarding breakfast: if you order it for 7:30 AM, you will realistically get it around 8:15 AM at the earliest. Everything here runs on a very relaxed 'island time' without any rush:)
