Páčilo sa mi tam welness a okolie. Veľmi príjemne ma prekvapilo, že tam mali detské ihrisko a personál bol veľmi vľúdny. Určite by sme sa tam ešte vrátili, ale vybrali by sme si už izbu s kuchynkou :)
Nepáčilo sa mi, že ked sme chceli dať deťom postele spolu , tak pod posteľou bolo strašne veľa prachu a odpadkov. Potom sa mi nepáčilo, že tam boli malé koše a nevyhadzovali sa koše každý deň a mali sme ich už plné. Izby boli pekné, ale my sme si akurát vybrali tú rodinnú bez kuchyne a zistili sme, že to je nevýhoda, lebo aj ked tam bola mikrovlnka a kanvica, tak sme sa tam s deťmi strašne tlačili a nebolo to komfortné.

Lokalizacja to centrum Pardałówki. Blisko do kilku restauracji, jednak dojazdy na szlak to taksówki. Nam to nie przeszkadzało. Niby jeżdżą autobusy, ale z Kuźnic powrotny aurobus jeździ co 1,5h.
Z apartamentu widok na Giewont, w pokoju lodówka, mikrofala, czajnik do przygotowania prostych posiłków. Obok, dosłownie obok, restauracje i żabka. Pod tym kątem mega wygodnie, bo z zakwasami po wędrówkach nie trzeba daleko chodzić. Pod nosem jest wszystko, nawet apteka. Z ośrodka wyjeżdża przemiły Pan taksówkarz który nas woził na szlaki. A wieczorem możliwość korzystania z jacuzi bez dopłat. Bardzo udany pobyt.
Dla mnie i męża za twarde materace, a jesteśmy osobami z nadwaga. Więc dla lekkich osób tym bardziej twardość odczuwalna mocno.

Dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Mieliśmy w apartamencie ogromny balkon. Wygodne łóżka.
Na kuchni brak ręczników kuchennych i ścierek, po zgłoszeniu dostaliśmy ręczniki papierowe, naczynia niedomyte, pod łóżkiem jakieś ciastka. Przez telewizor można oglądać tylko zwykłą telewizję, niema możliwości podłączenia Netflix. Obsługa wchodzi do apartamentów bez poprzedniego ustalenia, żeby dołożyć worki na śmieci.

Nothing really. SPA center wad almost nice though.
It's almost impossible to find any member of the staff. At any time of the day. And mostly they act very unfriendly towards you from the get go.
We've stayed for 4 nights. We didn't really need to get our room cleaned, but we did ask to change the towels. Which never happened. During our stay our room wasn't cleaned even once, even just to throw out the trash (we had to do it ourselves)!
Apparently any type of room cleaning is fone only if you ask for it. Which you can do only from 10am till 16pm? That is crazy hours considering you're traveling to the mountains so you'll always be out at this time. Plus, again, even at this "working hours" the staff is almost impossible to find.
Room looked way worse the on the photos.
The location is kinda nice since you have shops and restaurants near you. But it also means it gets Super noisy at night.
Breakfast was awful. I'm glad we didn't pay for it upfront for the whole stay because not only it was bad in quality and variety, you can eat way better for the same money right outside the hotel.
SPA center could be a nice touch. IF you could change your towels after visiting it. Because otherwise you just stack big wet towels in your room with no option to dry them or change them and it's getting really uncomfortable really fast. Plus one time when we visited SPA the jacuzzi was dirty, with all the foam in it having brownish color and leaving marks all over the walls.
