Super and super good!! Thanks again. So friendly staff, cozy quiet and calm place, good rooms, and the brafkast..!! One of the best. So rich of flavours, hots and colds, deserts, good coffee. Fantastic! Plus free parking. I hope we will come back. Thanks again! It was just great!

The room is nice and clean with a balcony. Everything you need in the hotel is right there. I like the idea of small kitchen in every floor. Very useful. The breakfast is superb, I can only see this amount of choices in big hotels, but this hotel has it. Location is very good as well. I like that they made an effort especially on christmas eve dinner.
Staff are not so friendly, its like they are unhappy everytime I called them out in the reception. I didnt like that they confirmed reservation on Dec 24 jacuzzi and sauna but they said it is closed on the day itself. Also, christmas eve dinner is expensive for the quality of food received. Although I understand that the hotel made effort and this is appreciated, but I think the value is too much for what we ate. I also saw a big family who was rejected, I do not know the whole story, but I think there can be some more planning like putting the names of the guests on the table.
