we had to leave early one morning prior to breakfast, so the staff arranged a takeaway breakfast for us. this is a very nice place to stay and would definitely return

The staff is very friendly and helps you with everything, the location is great and the breakfast that is included is huge and you can order almost everything and they accept every special request! The rooms were big and the location cozy!
The rooms could be a little newer; they should seal up some gaps and such so that not so many insects get in. The faucet and showerhead could be replaced, for example, and some areas could be cleaned more thoroughly—like the top of the canopy bed. Or in places where there are still spider webs or gecko droppings. The laundry service was good, but the clothes were slightly sticky or greasy in places and had a few stains. The same went for the bed linens; I suspect they’re using a strange detergent or too much of it.

The staff were definitely the highlight of our stay. They were extremely friendly, accommodating and genuinely did the best they could despite the condition of the property. We especially appreciated how helpful they were with our luggage, considering there is no lift and several flights of stairs.
Breakfast was also very good, with a generous spread and delicious food.
Unfortunately, the property itself was extremely disappointing and looked nothing like the photos advertised online. It felt very misleading. The hotel was still under construction during our stay, and there was no lift, meaning we had to climb three to four flights of stairs to reach our room.
The rooms felt run-down, the bathroom locks did not work, and we experienced multiple power outages and water issues. The advertised “garden view” was also not what we expected based on the listing.
The property felt particularly unsafe and unsuitable for young children, elderly guests or anyone with mobility difficulties. While the staff helped with luggage, it was upsetting to see them having to work under these conditions.
Dinner was disappointing, although breakfast was very good.
