Loved many things about the property and if i ever go back to Ella, i am staying only here!
1) Location - super proximity to city center (main party hub)
2) Excellent hospitality of staff
3) Great food!
4) Large spacious rooms, with amazing view
Just one aspect - the final stretch (short walk though) to the hotel is a super steep climb!

The staff were very friendly and helpful with some issues. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty and very generous.
The main problem with the hotel is the location, which it up a very steep hill so even that tuk-tuks don't want to go up there. The road is also very narrow, so the car couldn't get up there and we had to walk. This would be ok for fit, healthy visitors but I was travelling with my mother, who is 80 years old and really struggled with it.
