Spacious room, nice view from the room, caught the bright full moon on the sky top! The drive through the main door was easy, staff veery helpful in scanning and lifting our luggage.
The coffee shop was not easily accessible from the hotel. One had to go outside the building to get to the coffee shop.

Food/buffet gives a good range of mix and variety of cuisines. Staff are very accommodating and service oriented. I always would choose Bai when I'm in Cebu.
Assigned room for me was good. Although there were a couple of instances that room assignments weren't too okay as mixer would have some problem.

Lobby was good. Staff was good.
The room furnishings are very outdated. The carpet in the corridor has an unpleasant smell, which makes the entire hotel smell bad. The chairs in the corridor were moldy.
