Staff were excellent. Jea in the restaurant is great . May and Teresa did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and Cabalse was always helpful. Swimming pool is clean and large. Distance to the mall and other shops is great
Breakfast was only Philippine food except and egg station. Best to eat out for other meals as the quality is low

The staff were friendly specially the doorman.
The hotel is old, we stayed for 5 nights 2 rooms presidential suite and twin deluxe room they never once replaced the beddings during the 5 nights we were there, the carpet is filthy the main bathroom of the presidential suite leaked outside in the hallway the toilet were blocked and not replacing the hand towel and face washer when they removed the used one. Breakfast was mediocre only served Filipino food. I will never stay at this hotel again.
