Good valued capsule style rooms with a lot of space inside, enough to even store your luggage inside. Comfortable bedding (ymmv) and very clean showers/bathroom/toilets. There was only two showers and toilets on my floor so can get busy at peak periods. New fresh towels every day. Free toothbrush and amenities available for use. 24hr 1st floor open lounge area to chill and relax with free drinks/miso soup. There is also a sento/public bath on the top floor.

The rooms were bigger than regular capsule hotels and the spa
Sometimes the neighbours were a bit loud but it was okay.

Really clean and the location which is near to the main street
Bed is uncomfortable and due to noise, I can't sleep properly
