Aldinga Beach Getaways offers a modern stylish accommodation that will induce you to completely un-wind and relax on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula. We presently have a very comfortable 5 bedroom villa waiting to accommodate your summer soiree, family reunion or corporate event. Villa Nashwauk has recently undergone complete renovation and now offers it's guests a modern-day comfy and relaxed holiday home that has multiple living areas, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. This Villa has a very welcoming sun-drenched balcony where you can take in the views of the beautiful Aldinga Aquatic Reserve. The Villa also has a large outdoor undercover entertaining area complete with a sizable BBQ & a very generous landscaped lawn area which is completely fenced and ideal for families. The villa is fully air-conditioned. It has a lower level lounge area looking out to sea, guests or children can relax away from adults entertaining upstairs. Spectacular beachside location, 45 mins drive from Adelaide. Queen Bedroom upstairs 7. Bunk Room upstairs sleeping 4 8. 2 x Queen Bedrooms downstairs with ocean views 9. Twin Single Bedroom downstairs sleeping 2 10. Three bathrooms in total plus an additional powder room upstairs 11. Large Laundry area with 2nd fridge and tea-station area downstairs. 12. Ample Parking for 3-4 cars Terms & Conditions THE REGISTERED GUEST is by default, the person who has made the booking. The registered guest must be 25 years of age or over and agree to take full responsibility for the holiday rental of the property. The registered guest is responsible for ensuring all guests and visitors are aware of the terms and conditions. The registered guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused during their stay. NUMBER OF GUESTS should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing and must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the property. Visitors may visit you at the home but may not remain on the property overnight. All Visitors must comply with the Terms and Conditions. PETS are not allowed under any circumstances. SMOKING is not is permitted indoors. The property is rated as a non-smoking property. ACCESS to the Villa may be required for maintenance or repairs. NOISE AND RESIDENTIAL AMENITY Aldinga Beach Getaway Villas are set around residential homes. We welcome guests for their special occasion and celebrations, if at the time of booking you agree to meet our noise and guest number restrictions. We appreciate your co-operation and note that this is rarely a problem-however on the rare occasion, and to avoid this potential problem, we must state the following: The property is not suitable as a "Party" House. Disturbance to the neighbors, including excessive noise and anti-social behavior is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of all monies paid. Management will respond to any complaints from neighbors regarding anti-social and offensive behavior and excessive noise. We reserve the right to either issue a reminder warning of the Terms and Conditions or terminate your booking. Costs incurred relating to this event including security company call out fees will be charged to the registered guest or deducted from your security bond. If your booking is terminated we reserve the right to retain all monies paid including your security deposit. TOWELS & LINEN Please be aware that makeup and spray tan is very difficult to remove from our luxurious linen and bath towels. Any permanent staining may result in a replacement charge. We have supplied some dark flannels in the vanities to remove makeup. ON DEPARTURE The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 11.00am, to allow time to prepare property for next guests. Used crockery, cutlery etc. must be washed and put away. The dishwasher should be emptied prior to your departure. The BBQ should be left clean. Excess rubbish should be bagged and placed in the large bins outside. If the BBQ is left dirty a $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the bond. Please leave refrigerator, freezer as found, empty and clean.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for 11 adults. Gorgeous interior. Very clean and comfortable relaxed feel. Convient location with beautiful restaurants, cafes and shopping centre close by. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. No faults!

Check in was easy, place was super clean and tidy, lots of space for multiple members of the family to relax in there own space. We had 3 couples, and two small children. It is very secure and safe with kids and quiet (downstairs couldnt here upstairs guests and vice versa). Would 100% recommend for large families!!

We had a wonderful stay in this property. We were very impressed by the location and view. It was perfect for a group, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was also amazingly quiet. A friend brought her 1 year old and stayed in a downstairs bedroom, no one heard a peep!

Our girls weekend away at Villa Nashwauk was fabulous. The Villa was very clean and very well equipped the 3 bathrooms very much appreciated. The view from balcony beautiful Aldinga is a wonderful place to visit.

Our extended family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It offers 5 bedrooms and 2 large living areas, fenced back yard and large front yard. Plenty of room for everyone to be together, and to have their own space if needed! Facilities were excellent. 2 new bathrooms very modern and well designed. Great location too. Emily was extremely helpful.

Our entire family comprising 3 couples and 3 young children stayed in this residence. The bedroom configuration was excellent for everyone to have their own space and for the adults to enjoy their own bathroom / toilets. The spare toilet off the lounge was the extra bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and loved watching the sunsets off the balcony. All furnishings were lovely and our hosts had thought of everything for a luxury stay. We hope to return in the not too distant future.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Nashwauk over the June long weekend. 2 families of 5 (6kids) in total and a single couple stayed. The house is so well laid out that we were not on top of each other and everyone had their own down time space if needed. Everything you could want is there, plus more and it is very beautifully and comfortably decorated and felt like home. Access to the beach was a short stroll and down some steps and the kids had a great time exploring the beach and watching the Paragliders from the balcony. The view from the balcony and all living areas was amazing and the large fenced back yard was great for the kids and a game of Bocce. Kathy was easy to communicate and the tenancy was easy to arrange. We even received a nice welcome gift which was a lovely surprise We all look forward to booking another trip to Villa Nashwauk.
